MAJOR MANUFACTURER Vehicle Service Contracts are built to protect you from unexpected repairs. Our coverage includes your complete powertrain along with your vehicle’s cooling system, air conditioning fuel, and electrical systems. In addition to the mechanical coverage, you will also receive 24 hour roadside assistance and limited rental reimbursement for expenses incurred while your vehicle undergoes a coverage repair.**

The following flexible terms are available to suit whatever your driving habits may be:

• 5 Years/50,000 Miles

WHAT SPECIFICALLY IS COVERED?

ENGINE: All internal components of the engine that require lubrication for operation are covered. The engine block, cylinder heads timing chain cover and oil pan are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated engine component.

TRANSMISSION: Torque converter, vacuum modulator, accumulator, the electronic shift control unit and all internal components of the transmission that require lubrication for operation are covered. The transmission case and pan are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internal lubricated transmission component.

DRIVE AXLE (FRONT AND REAR): Locking hubs, drive shafts, center support bearings, universal joints, constant velocity joints (unless damaged as a result of a torn or missing CV boot) and all internally lubricated components contained within the drive axle housing are covered. The drive axle housing and differential cover are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated drive axle component. TRANSFER CASE: All internal components of the transfer case that require lubrication for operation are covered. TURBO/SUPERCHARGER: All internal lubricated parts of the turbocharger or supercharger are covered, provided the mandatory surcharge has been paid. Coverage applies to factory install units only.

COOLING SYSTEM: Water pump, engine cooling fan motor, engine cooling fan and the engine cooling fan clutch.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, blower motor, accumulator/receiver-dryer and the orifice tube.

FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel pump, fuel injection pump and metal fuel lines.

ELECTRICAL: Alternator, voltage regulator, starter motor, starter solenoid, ignition switch, front and rear wiper motors and switches, washer pump and switch, headlamp switch, turn signal switch, rear defroster switch, blower speed switch, power window motors, regulators and switches and the power door lock actuators and switches.

SEALS AND GASKETS: Seals and gaskets are covered only if required in conjunction with a covered repair. Leaking seals or gaskets are not covered.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS AT NO COST

24 HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: You’ll be covered for up to 10 occurrences throughout the term of your agreement for any combination of the following services:

• Towing (up to $100 per occurrence)
• Lockout Service
• Fuel & Fluid Delivery (up to $50 per occurrence)
• Battery Boost or Jump Start (up to $50 per occurrence)

RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT: You will be reimbursed for a maximum of $35/day for up to 5 days for a rental vehicle when you have an approved, authorized repair.

**Mechanical Breakdown is a failure due to defects in materials and/or workmanship of a Covered Part to perform the function for which it was designed by its manufacturer. A failure caused by sludging or gelling conditions does not meet the definition of a Breakdown.**

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

4X4/AWD: Four Wheel Drive Actuator and Locking Hubs are covered if your vehicle is equipped with 4x4/AWD.

DIESEL: Metal Fuel Lines and Fuel Injection Pumps are covered if your vehicle is equipped with a Diesel Engine.

1 TON VEHICLE: If your vehicle has a one ton gross vehicle weight capacity (GVW) an additional mandatory surcharge will be applied.

TURBO/SUPERCHARGER: Only Factory Installed: All internal components within the Turbocharger/Supercharger Housing, Turbo Boost Valve, Turbo Waste Gate Actuator, Bearing, Bushing, Supply Line and Seals & Gaskets.

HYBRID/ELECTRIC VEHICLE: If your vehicle is a Hybrid or Electric vehicle an additional mandatory surcharge will be applied. The Electric Motor, Power Controller, Inverter Assembly, Generator, Drive Motor Temperature Sensor, Battery Cooling Fan Relay/Module, Damper, Electric Water Pump, Electric Air Conditioning Compressor, Battery Cooling Fan and Water Assembly Pump Valve are covered.

OPTIONAL COVERAGE

LIFT KIT: If your vehicle is modified with a kit an mandatory surcharge will be applied. The components utilized to facilitate the vehicle’s lift kit are NOT covered. The maximum allowable modification is six inches, including any oversized wheels or tires. The six inch modification is measured from the manufacturer’s vehicle specifications (as listed in nationally published repair manuals), inclusive of any and all modifications of the vehicle’s body and suspension. Vehicles in excess of a six inch lift will be excluded from coverage and the vehicle must be equipped with the modification at the time the vehicle is purchased to be eligible for coverage.

SNOW PLOW: Vehicles equipped with a manufacturer installed snow-plow option are eligible for coverage. The snow plow itself is not covered (only available with a 3 year/45,000 mile term).

This is not your service agreement. Certain conditions and components are excluded, such as inadequate maintenance of the unit, corrosion and parts designed for limited life, such as bulbs, filters and brake pads. See terms and conditions for complete details, including limitations and exclusions.

Covered parts may be replaced with like kind, used, rebuilt, remanufactured or new parts. If anyone authorized repair or the combined total amount of all authorized repairs meets or exceeds our liability, the service contract will be deemed expired and no further coverage will be afforded.
