As a former auto General Manager, Rockie Tincher had no choice but to face the realities associated with the negative vehicle warranty connotation for decades. Yet he knew that a solution to this problem would bring long term customer satisfaction and relationships between the salesmen and their clients. This inspired Rockie to set out and find vehicle service contract partners with the best available expertize in the field.

Today Rockie proudly continues to collaborate with dealers, nurture old customer relationships, as well as succesfully cultivate the new ones. While he is not working, Rockie enjoys spending time with his family, and taking his RV or his bike on the road. Rockie enjoys giving back to his community and is especially passionate about helping animal shelters.
